This is a mixture of beef, veal and pork all mixed together and ground twice to ensure a great texture. There are 2 mixtures available the 2lb package is equal amounts of beef for flavor, veal for tenderness and pork for juiciness. The 1lb package is 50% beef, 25% veal and 25% pork for more beef flavor to come through in your meatballs without becoming to dry. These combinations will make the tastiest meatballs, meatloaf and classic bolognese sauce.
