A top round steak is also called London Broil. It is commonly prepared with a soak in a marinade from a few hours to overnight. Then grilled or seared in a pan quickly and moved to lower heat to finish cooking. It should be left pink in the middle and sliced diagonally to ensure tenderness. This is a delicious and economical cut.
